Recreation

Hiking

With 700 miles of forest service hiking trails, you could take a long walk every day and not see the same thing twice all year.

We have your hiking experience tailored to fit your level. You will need a pass at most national forest service trailheads. $30 is good for an annual pass and a day pass is only $5. You can buy passes at all ranger district offices, in Lake Wenatchee at Plain Hardware, and in Leavenworth at Der Sportsman, Leavenworth Mountain Sports, and Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat Gift Shop.
