April 5  The Hoedown Throwdown Slopestyle, Top Phlight Terrain Park
SKIBACS NextGen is going to host a benefit for Invisible Children, Inc - a non-profit organization that actively works to better the lives of the children in Northern Uganda, where hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced into "temporary" camps and terrorized for over ten years amidst a civil war. Every year, the San Diego-based organization sends representatives around the nation - This year's event will be held at Stevens Pass on the same day as our Cowboy themed "Hoedown Throwdown" Slopestyle Event in the terrain Park. We are going to support their organization by holding a "Ski in Jeans for Invisible Children" day. Should be very fun, and a great opportunity for members of the Leavenworth business community to be involved in a great event here at Stevens Pass.
